Eligibility:

• Entry is open to attendees of CyberCon 2025.
• Only one entry per person is permitted unless you are accept a 10-minute conversation with one of our Infotrust team members.

Entry Period:

• Valid entries must be submitted during the CyberCon conference 15th October – 17th October.
• Entries received outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

The Prize:

• The prize is one (1) DJI Mini 3 Drone.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.

Winner Selection & Notification:

• The winner will be drawn at random after the conference concludes.
• The winner will be contacted via the details provided on their entry form.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 2 days, another winner will be drawn, and this process will continue until the prize is claimed.
• The winner’s name will also be announced on our official LinkedIn page.

Privacy:

• Entry details will only be used for the purposes of administering the prize draw and contacting the winner, unless you have opted into further communications.
• Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

General:

• By entering the competition, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these conditions.
• The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
