Major Accountabilities

The role of the Project Co-Ordinator is to co-ordinate the efficient delivery of our Assurance, Engineering and Consulting projects - ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and with exceptional customer satisfaction.  Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the respective Delivery team leads for Governance, Risk and Compliance Consulting (GRC), Assurance services and on occasion Engineering, through effective stakeholder engagement and management.  

This role is responsible for the planning and scheduling of resources and tasks, arranging customer meetings, drafting and delivering internal and external communications surrounding each project, supporting the Delivery team through the implementation of their recommendations and collating and analysing data.

Outcomes and measures

  • Ensure successful delivery of all professional services, through effective engagement and customer management
  • Delivery of quality administrative functions within an agreed timeframe
  • Working with the COO and divisional leaders to meet assigned revenue and utilization targets through the successful delivery of projects – on time and within budget
  • Manage the workflows of the consulting teams under their direction to ensure optimal resource utilisation and project execution
  • Be the central point of contact for delivery reporting

Professional skills, qualifications and experience

  • Minimum 3 years prior experience in a similar Project Co-Ordinator position, in a business with significant stakeholder experience
  • Advanced computer literacy skills, including competency in Office 365: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in sorting and analysing data and preparing reports
  • Prior experience assisting with the scoping and delivery of technology services engagements, including project and engagement management 
  • Ability to drive project-based work and manage tasks, schedules, deliverables, budget and project risk
  • Effective communication skills at all organisational levels, including written, oral, and presentation skills
