About the Engagement
Infotrust is delivering a portfolio of initiatives for an enterprise organisation focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM), Privileged Remote Access (PRA), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), alongside broader cyber and technology uplift workstreams.
Role Purpose
Act as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors—eliciting, structuring, and validating requirements; mapping processes; and translating complex operational/security needs into clear, testable deliverables that drive timely implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements & Analysis: Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery; produce user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria for PAM/PRA/XTNA initiatives.
- Documentation: Create BRDs/FRDs, RACI, traceability matrices, service definitions, and SOPs aligned with programme standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate across Security, Technology Operations (IT & OT), PMO, enterprise systems, and external partners (MSSP/MSP/implementation vendors).
- Delivery Support: Partner with project managers on plans, risks, issues, and dependencies; support change control and readiness activities.
- Quality & Controls: Ensure requirements are testable; define UAT scenarios; validate outcomes against policy and control objectives.
- Data & Reporting: Prepare concise status updates, decision logs, and benefits realisation narratives for leadership.
Skills & Experience
- Proven BA experience in security transformation (PAM/PRA/Zero Trust/remote access/identity).
- Excellent stakeholder management; able to translate technical content into business outcomes.
- Strong documentation discipline and familiarity with governance in regulated, complex environments.
- Exposure to modern security tooling and identity stacks; comfortable collaborating with engineering and SOC teams.
- PMO-awareness (scope, RAID, change, sign offs) and vendor coordination.

- Internal: Security Team, Technology Operations (IT & OT), Enterprise Systems, PMO, Business Stakeholders.
- External: Vendors, MSSP/MSP, implementation partners.
Success Measures
- Clear, signed off requirements enabling timely delivery of PAM/PRA/XTNA milestones.
- Stakeholder alignment; fewer rework cycles; on time change approvals and operational readiness.
- Traceable benefits and compliance uplift against defined control objectives.
