The Opportunity
Infotrust is seeking a SOC Team Lead to guide and develop our Manila-based Security Operations Centre (SOC). This pivotal role ensures our SOC delivers exceptional managed security services aligned with Infotrust’s business objectives and client commitments.
As SOC Team Lead, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of SOC Analysts in Manila.
- Drive operational excellence in security event management, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders including the SOC Lead, Head of SOC, and Advanced Threat Response Unit to ensure service maturity and compliance.
- Represent SOC services to clients, providing insights on performance and cyber security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day SOC operations including team growth, roster updates, capacity monitoring, and asset inventory.
- Develop and execute employee development plans, coaching, and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Infotrust’s Information Security Management System and industry standards.
- Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs), SOPs, and deliver high-quality client reporting with actionable insights.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational readiness through planning, assessments, and rehearsals.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Expertise:
- 5–10 years in information security, including analyst or engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of cyber threats, attack techniques, and security controls.
- Experience with SIEM tools, ITSM platforms, and incident handling.
- Experience with Sentinel, Splunk, Crowdstrike or similar.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.

- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage crises effectively.
