The Head of Enterprise Systems and Platforms is accountable for the strategy, governance, and performance of Infotrust’s core enterprise systems, with primary responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow (SNOW), and Microsoft CRM.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role provides end-to-end oversight of system strategy, investment prioritisation, delivery governance, and operational effectiveness. The role leads a team of Business Analysts and Technical Leads, ensuring systems are scalable, integrated, secure, and aligned to business strategy and operational outcomes.

  • Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
  • Direct reports: Business Analysts, Technical Leads
  • Key stakeholders: Executive Leadership Team, Finance, Sales, Delivery, Internal Technology, External Vendors

Responsibilities

Enterprise Systems Strategy and Roadmap
  • Own and maintain the enterprise systems strategy and multi-year roadmap across Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, and Microsoft CRM.
  • Ensure platforms support business growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory obligations.
  • Translate enterprise and operating model strategy into clear systems priorities and sequencing.
Governance, Risk, and Investment Oversight
  • Establish and chair appropriate systems governance forums, including demand intake, prioritisation, and change control.
  • Provide clear recommendations to the COO and Executive on investment trade-offs, benefits realisation, and risk.
  • Ensure systems operate within agreed risk, security, compliance, and architectural standards.
Delivery and Portfolio Oversight
  • Oversee the systems delivery portfolio, ensuring initiatives are well-defined, prioritised, and executed to plan.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure clear ownership, accountability, and outcomes.
  • Ensure integration across platforms and avoidance of fragmented or duplicative solutions.
People Leadership and Capability
  • Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts and Technical Leads.
  • Set clear expectations around ways of working, documentation quality, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build internal capability while effectively leveraging external vendors and delivery partners where required.
Stakeholder and Executive Engagement
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for enterprise systems for the COO and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Communicate complex system and delivery matters in clear, decision-oriented language.
  • Build trusted relationships across Operations, Finance, Sales, Cyber, and People teams.
Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure platforms are stable, scalable, and fit-for-purpose.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data quality, automation, reporting, and user experience enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance, technical debt, and adoption, intervening early where risks emerge.

Key Experience & Capabilities

Essential
  • Senior leadership experience in enterprise or business systems, with accountability for strategy and governance.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, and CRM ecosystems.
  • Strong background leading Business Analysts and technical delivery leads.
  • Proven ability to operate at Executive level, providing clear recommendations and managing competing priorities.
  • Experience establishing governance frameworks, demand management, and delivery oversight.
  • Strong commercial and risk mindset, with experience balancing value, cost, and delivery risk.
Desirable
  • Experience in complex, regulated, or ASX-listed environments.
  • Exposure to large-scale transformation or post-merger systems integration.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and modern SaaS operating models.
  • Knowledge of cyber security and technology environments
