The Head of Identity is the Business Owner for Infotrust’s Continuous Identity Assurance service line. This role is accountable for the commercial success, market positioning, and long-term evolution of Infotrust’s identity capability.
Operating at the intersection of strategy, commercial leadership, alliances, and cyber innovation, and delivery the Head of Identity defines how Infotrust competes and wins in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) market.
The role will be accountable for the success of delivery of identity projects and projects with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Service Ownership & Commercial Strategy
- Own the Identity service line P&L, including revenue growth, gross margin performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy
- Define and execute the three-year growth strategy to support our customers through the use of traditional identity services and the strategic move towards Continuous Identity Assurance
- Shape and continuously refine the value proposition and service packaging
- Identify new market opportunities across:
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Non-Human Identity (NHI)
- Continuous authentication and identity threat detection
- Identity and access observability
- Ensure the offering aligns with Infotrust’s broader cyber strategy, sovereign security positioning, and managed and consulting services roadmap.
- Lead, engage and manage large scale identity programs across the customer base.
Relationship & Alliance Leadership
- Identity and strategic partnerships with key identity vendors
- Work with the infotrust product and marketing teams to drive go-to-market initiatives and co-sell opportunities.
- Influence vendor roadmaps where appropriate
- Represent Infotrust in executive briefings, partner councils, and industry working groups
- Identify and activate new alliance opportunities that accelerate growth
Market Presence & Thought Leadership
- Establish Infotrust as a recognised leader by leveraging existing knowledge Identity and moving towards Continuous Identity Assurance
- Act as an executive spokesperson for infotrust as identity events
- Drive presence at industry conferences, client forums, and executive roundtables
- Contribute to whitepapers, points of view, and executive insights
- Support strategic pursuits with senior client stakeholders
Internal Collaboration & Practice Governance
- Partner and help build capability to delivery large scale identity programs using a mix of our GRC, SOC, Technology Consulting, and Managed Services teams
- Ensure identity services are embedded into Infotrust’s managed services model
- Provide strategic direction to technical and delivery leaders
- Establish commercial guardrails for service packaging, pricing strategy, and delivery model scalability
- Support capability planning and workforce strategy for the identity practice
Innovation & Service Evolution
- Oversee the evolution of Continuous Identity Assurance capabilities
- Identify emerging threats and market shifts
- Sponsor development of new identity use cases, including identity telemetry, pre-authentication defense, AI-driven identity analytics, and non-human identity governance
- Ensure Infotrust maintains clear differentiation in the market

Key Competencies & Experience:
Skills:
Experience
- 7+ years in Identity, Cyber Security, or Risk domains
- 5+ years in senior leadership or practice ownership roles
- Proven experience owning or scaling a security services line
- Demonstrated P&L or commercial ownership exposure
- Experience working within consulting or MSSP environments highly regarded
Capabilities
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset
- Executive-level stakeholder credibility
- Deep understanding of the modern identity threat landscape
- Ability to translate technical capability into market-ready services
- Strong partner and alliance management experience
Qualifications (Desirable)
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
- IAM-related certifications (Okta, Ping, Saviynt, Microsoft, etc.)
- Business or commercial qualifications advantageous
