As Vendor Partner & Alliances Manager, you are a core contributor to Infotrust’s Partnerships & Alliances function. You are trusted to translate Infotrust’s partner strategy into execution, through strong preparation, governance discipline, and close co-ordination across sales, marketing and operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Own execution of the partner strategy set by the Director of Partnerships and Alliances across Infotrust’s Managed Technology, Cyber, and DFIR business units.
- Manage day to day relationships with assigned vendor partners, ensuring consistent engagement and effective execution.
- Drive partner operating cadence, including operational reviews, pipeline check-ins, and QBR preparation.
- Support sales engagement by connecting Infotrust sellers with vendor counterparts and embedding partners into active opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate vendor enablement activities such as training sessions, certifications, blitz days, and joint campaigns.
- Maintain visibility across partner performance, pipeline activity, renewals, and deal registration status.
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, presales, services, and operations teams to co-ordinate vendor activity and follow through.
- Support the Head of Partnerships and Alliances with vendor lifecycle activities, analysis, and day to day operational support.
- Partners are engaged, governed, and operating effectively day to day.
- Vendor and alliance relationships actively support sales, enablement, and go to market activity.
- Internal teams experience smooth, well run partner interactions.
- Clear, practical insight is provided to the Head of Partnerships and Alliances based on partner performance.
Key Competencies & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in vendor co-ordination or management, partnerships, alliances, or channel roles.
- Strong operational focus with the ability to manage growing and maturing vendor partner ecosystems and competing priorities.
- Comfortable working cross functionally with sales, marketing delivery, and technical teams.
- Commercially aware, with experience supporting sales or pipeline activity.
- Clear, practical communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Highly coachable while being interested in taking on new tasks proactively and independently.
- Exposure to cybersecurity vendors, distributors, MSPs, or MSSPs.
- Experience supporting QBRs, partner reviews, or joint planning sessions.
- Experience co-ordinating sales enablement or go to market initiatives.
